In some cases the above mentioned management may show little or no improvement in the treatment of facet arthrosis along with its symptoms and underlying cause. There are a lot of methods to try such as back exercises, physical therapy, soft tissue mobilization and even massage. These methods could help in alleviating the pain and reducing discomfort. ti-inflammatory medication which is administered on the affected area. The effects of the drug can last up to 48 hours.
Preventing Facet Arthrosis
Facet arthrosis could be earlier prevented by correct posture and position. Sleeping positions play a vital role in the correct alignment of your neck and your spine. That is why a firm pillow is recommended to use when sleeping. Lifting heavy objects using your back increases the severity of your condition. It is important to maintain a correct posture and position to prevent this for of arthritis from developing.
